Piotr Mikusek – a lawyer and regulatory analyst. He holds the position of the Energy Regulation Manager at Grupa Azoty S.A. and a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. He has been appointed as a Coordinator of the “Stable Regulatory Environment” Working Group under the Ministry of Climate and Environment to support the implementation of the goals of the Polish Hydrogen Strategy. He is an author of international and national publications in the field of climate law and energy regulations and a co-author of the commentary to the Law on Energy Efficiency and the Law on Promoting Electricity from High-Efficiency Cogeneration. He teaches at the Department of Administrative Law and Proceedings at the University of Warsaw.
