Head of Research and Development at SYSTEM 3E S.A. Patryk Adam Bolimowski, PhD, has been involved in the new technology and advanced materials industry for more than 10 years. Since 2013, he has managed projects and initiatives related to the development and market deployment of advanced materials for industries such as construction, aerospace and automotive.
At SYSTEM 3E S.A., since 2018, he has been responsible for building and implementing the strategy for the development of product offer in the Polish market and selected foreign markets. He is responsible for managing R&D projects for products and services developed by the company. Patryk Adam Bolimowski, PhD, is also responsible for commercializing and certifying new technological solutions and ensuring their market success.
In 2018–2023, together with the Management Board of SYSTEM 3E S.A. he has built and implemented the company’s growth strategy, particularly in the areas of scaling and expansion of the business model in selected markets, as well as the development of new technologies based on the principles of sustainable development and in response to the need to decarbonize the construction industry, reduce of energy consumption in new buildings, move to a circular economy and reduce air pollution.
Patryk Adam Bolimowski, PhD, has a degree in business management from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as in chemistry and materials engineering from the University of Bristol (UK), the University of Göttingen (Germany) and the University in Toruń (Poland). He is also a lecturer at one of the management schools in Warsaw, and focuses on building and implementing business development strategies, creating and managing innovation, organizational culture and corporate social responsibility.
