Sociologist, expert in demography, social policy analysis, sociological research, business management and new technologies. He has authored a number of publications and reports on demography, family policy and the impact of new technologies on social life. Member of the Family Council at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy. Graduate of the University of Warsaw (majored in sociology and mathematics). In his private life, he is a husband and father of five children.
