Mateusz Sołtysiak is a head of SES Hydrogen Energy and, as President of the Management Board, sets the vision and development directions in which the company is heading. He has many years of experience in the management and transformation of companies and enterprises in Poland and abroad. He has devoted his career to build and strategically develop businesses, including startups and high-growth companies. He has invested in projects in Poland and Asia. Prior to launching his hydrogen business activity, in five years he invested in more than 100 hardware startups around the worlds. Privately, he is an innovative technology enthusiast who sees an opportunity to fulfill climate promises and achieve a transformation of the energy sector in the development of the hydrogen market in Poland and abroad.
