Mateusz Łuba – a biotechnologist by profession, for more than 5 years I have been working on hydrogen production and processing technologies. Currently, I am a head of the Hydrogen Generation Technology Research Group in the Lukasiewicz Research Network at the Electrical Engineering Institute in Warsaw. During the interdisciplinary Bioeconomy PhD studies program, which I completed in December 2022 in the discipline of environmental engineering, energy and mining, I was involved in research in materials science, as well as electrochemical wastewater treatment. So far I have written 15 scientific papers, participated in renowned international scientific conferences (e.g. Hydrogen Days, International Conference Advanced Batteries, Accumulators and Fuel Cells – ABAF) and completed a month-long research internship at the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague. The goal I have set on my academic path is to constantly develop, to expand my competence in project and energy management.
