Magdalena has 20 years of experience as a business consultant, mainly in the field related to support for innovation and R&D ventures. She began her career at consulting firms such as Deloitte and PwC, among others, where she perfected her skills during her first decade. For the past 8 years, she has been applying her knowledge and passion for innovation at the Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation, where she has been a CEO since 2018. The Foundation is making an important contribution to the development of the innovation ecosystem, including technology startups through initiatives such as the StarSmart CEE accelerator program, formerly known as the MIT Enterprise Forum CEE. For the past eight years, Magdalena has been actively involved in organizing processes and programs to support the growth of technology startups in the region of Central and Eastern Europe as well as the implementation of the open innovation model in large companies. Her experience includes developing collaborative models in a dynamic innovation landscape, effectively connecting worlds – startups and established corporations. Magdalena’s involvement is rooted in her aspiration to contribute to a thriving innovation ecosystem, catalyzing disruptive changes across industries through innovative solutions, sustainable business models and strategic partnerships
