Magdalena Czenko is an attorney-at-law and Senior Associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at the CMS law firm. Her specialty is legal advice in the area of infrastructure investment projects, including those carried out under the regime of public procurement law. In particular, she has experience in the contract drafting and negotiation stages. She has also provided comprehensive, on-going support to clients during the development phase. In particular, she has gained professional experience, representing clients in the water and sewerage, energy and public transportation industries – both in infrastructure projects and in litigation and administrative proceedings. She has also provided ongoing support to such entities by drafting and preparing analyses and legal opinions on contract law.
She is an author of an award-winning MA thesis on civil liability for damage caused by autonomous vehicles.
