An experienced manager and investor, he derives his professional skills from 30 years of practice in many Polish and international financial institutions and companies, working as a corporate banker, manager, salesman and business advisor. He has built his expertise and experience in business and finance by combining various perspectives: the banker’s and entrepreneur’s approach, the investor’s and manager’s perspective, the requirements of economics and technology, and the early and mature stages of enterprise development. He pays particular attention to the challenges posed by technical and economic scaling as a phenomenon that determines the ultimate success of innovative enterprises. He especially values modern technology and an “out of the box” attitude and business intuition. He is aware that the road to success, besides creativity and a precise vision, competence and efficiency, requires determination and consistency.
