Karolina Zubel is an economist dealing with sustainable development issues at CASE – Center for Social and Economic Analysis and a PhD student at the Warsaw School of Economics.
She holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Warsaw and Sciences Po Paris. Since 2015, she has been responsible for coordinating research and implementation projects at CASE, funded mainly by European institutions, and her research on the green and blue economy, primarily from the perspective of cities and regions, concerns both EU and neighboring countries.
In the past, Karolina was also responsible for implementation of the Impact Research Hub, where she led projects covering a range of horizontal issues related to the Clean/Green Tech sector. Karolina also worked at the European External Action Service (Global Affairs Division) and the Polish Institute of International Affairs.
