Elżbieta Rotblum – owner of ESGRE, where she pursues her passion for connecting people, topics and… dots in order to address ESG issues, including building and implementing a holistic sustainable development strategy for her clients. Wanting to further her practical knowledge in the S area, Elżbieta is associated with the Hummanitarian Innovation Group (HIG), where she supports people in crisis related to migration, housing and finding employment. In the E area, Elżbieta engages with the greatest pleasure in projects that promote the circular economy of building and finishing materials. Prior to founding the company, Elżbieta cooperated with an office space developer (Skanska) – where she was responsible for the “Green Education by Skanska” and “Climate Campaign” educational programs, implementation of the principles of the circular economy and ESG cooperation with business, as well as running the Body & Mind employee network, which supported the physical and mental well-being of employees. Previously, at JLL, she cooperated on tenders for real estate consulting services, but also served as Leader of the Charity and Sustainable Development Committee. Prior to her work in real estate market, she was associated with the United Nations Development Organization-UNDP agency and the Global Compact Network Poland foundation. In Wales, Elżbieta trained in sustainable development and worked on the ‘Transition Towns’ and ‘Changing Times’ projects, which focused on the energy efficiency of non-commercial properties, energy poverty and energy consumer behavior.
She was also a member of the Board of the Polish Green Building Council (PL GBC), where she created one of the first codes of ethics in this global organization and promoted the topics of the circular economy. Co-leader of the ESG Product Council at the international real estate organization, the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Winner of the Top Woman award in Real Estate 2023 in the category: Green Building, Sustainability, Innovation & Technology.
She promotes topics related to mental health as well as those related to child well-being.
