Doctor of legal sciences employed as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences at the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as an attorney-at-law – partner at GGL Law Firm responsible for the practice of construction and real estate law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Warsaw and from the Warsaw School of Economics. He was also a scholar of Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission at Georgetown University Law Center. He has lectured in Estonia, Spain, South Korea, Portugal and Turkey. He is an author of numerous publications on administrative law, spatial development and construction law, as well as the scientific editor and co-author of the commentary to the Construction Law (Wolters Kluwer 2022). In his free time, he enjoys cycling, running and watching movies. He works in Polish and in English.
