Anita Szemraj is an attorney and Senior Associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at the CMS law firm. She specializes in advising entities in the energy sector, including renewable energy sources, both on aspects of a regulatory nature and at the stage of drafting and negotiating contracts. She also participates in due diligence studies conducted for the renewable energy sector, both for wind farm and photovoltaic farm investments projects. In addition, she advises entities at every stage of complex infrastructure projects (based primarily on the EPC contract formula), through the drafting and negotiation of contracts and ongoing legal advice during project implementation. Anita also advises clients on claims made at various stages of the investment process. She also advises in proceedings before the President of the ERO. She is also interested in new technologies gradually being introduced into the Polish energy market, including hydrogen and nuclear technologies. Anita gained her previous experience at law firms in Poznań providing services to entities in the energy industry and advising many entities implementing projects in the construction industry. Anita also has experience in litigation.
